Thank you for contacting us as a potential supporter for your event. Prior Engagements is committed to supporting non-profit and community-minded events. Due to the nature of our business, we receive many requests pertaining to partnering and sponsoring and we are only able to contribute to a portion of those requests.

To be considered for a product donation, please ensure your organization meets the following criteria:

Your group is a not for profit charity organization, social service or a community related cause

The event is to take place in Arnprior, Renfrew, Pembroke, Mississippi Mills or an outlying community surrounding one of these centres.

The organization is giving back to the community and/or proceeds are being used to benefit citizens/groups in the community

Your requested donation is received by Prior Engagements a minimum of four weeks prior to your event date
